This Helena (”Lena”) Dorgan is an unknown Dorgan. There were unrelated Dorgans in East County Cork at the time.
Helena’s father was a farmer, and her mother died when Helena was a child. Her father later remarried. She had some sisters, one of whom was called Albina, who emigrated to the States. Albina became ill, and a family member went to fetch her back to Ireland, but I don't know if she died before they could bring her back to Ireland.
