My Grandparents grew up in the San Fransico Bay Area- Grandma hales from San Francisco and Grandpa hales from Berkeley. They met at the University of California in Berkeley. That is also where my father received his degree.
My Grandfather was appointed California Superior Court Judge by Supreme Court Justice Earl Warren. There is family history there. My Great Grandfather Redmond Staats Sr. and Earl Warren went to law school together. My grandfather was the Judge in the "Black Panther" Trials in the 1960s. My Grandmother's family worked for the Original Bank of America.”
